Finance Manager

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible to prepare accurate and timely management reports and financial statements, financial functions such as taxation, cash flow management, budgeting, financial analysis, feasibility study for expansion.
• Responsible to liaise with external auditors, tax consultants and government authoriy in relating to accounting matters and issues.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with all reporting, accounting and audit requirements imposed by regulatory bodies. 
• Responsible for HR matters including payroll, recruitment, policies and administration task.
• To work closely with Management on planning and improving the accounting & financial policies and procedures from time to time if needed.
• Any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned by the management if necessary.

Requirements: 

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status. 
• Fast learner & able to work independently and communicate effectively with all staffs and management.
• Must be mature and reliable in handling company confidential data and information.
• Proactive working attitude, good interpersonal skills and able to work with minimum supervision.   
• Full-Time position and possess own transport
• Required language(s): English, Chinese and Bahasa Melayu
