Hotel Revenue Executive Manager

Job Descripton :

• Oversee reservation and revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and manage day-to-day yield operations.
• Responsible for best practice standards : competitor analysis; yield management on distribution, business mix and length of stay, inventory availability by channel; pricing control and new pricing concepts.
• Ensure smooth and efficient operations in the department through prompt, effective and proper reservations service to achieve maximum room revenue in order to meet or exceed the revenue target.
• Oversees and audit the standards and operations of the reservations department.
• Evaluate the performance of distribution partner and contracted rates.
• Support the Reservations Manager/Revenue Manager in driving the performance of the reservations team on property.
• Ensure monitoring of daily arrivals for all guest requests to be carried out and communicated to
• Driving up- selling within the property and to ensure optimal use of all distribution channels

Qualifications:

• College Diploma / Degree in hotel management.
• 2 years experience in hotel reservations and rooms divisions.
• Familiar with the hotel operations available technology and all distribution channels.
• Understand the dynamics of regional & local market, local competitors and events of the destination
