Warehouse Operation Manager - Based in Thailand

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitoring and control GMP and DG warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements. Such as developing, implementing, enforcing, and evaluating policies and procedures; developing processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management, and outbound.
• Develop and challenge resources to improve exiting performance through system utilization &process improvements in assigned area
• Meets assigned warehouse expectations financial objectives by forecasting requirement; preparing annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
• Controlling warehouse planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems, evaluating and recommending new equipment
• Implement warehouse operations system improvements by analyzing process work flow, managing space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes such as such as warehouse shifting, new warehouse setup, stock take and etc…
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures while complying with legal regulations
• Analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions
• Lead warehouse operation team on smooth operation
• Monitor the progress and timeline of the new assignment across the team members to meet the project objectives.
• Able to travel internationally to support the new warehouse setup, expansions projects and other miscellaneous tasks as assigned. 

Qualifications:

• Able to be based and work permanently in Thailand. 
• Have minimum 5 years in warehouse operation and experience in leading the entire warehouse operations from inbound, putaway, pick and pack, outbound, stock count and so on or at least 1 year in Management Level.
• Experience in managing at least 50 operation staffs, GMP Warehouse, Dangerous Goods Warehouse is a must
•  Leadership & coaching ability with emphasis on employee development/collaboration and ability to hold people accountable
• Experience in ERP WMS/WMS and project implementation of system and warehouse equipment will be an added advantage. 
•  Experience in planning and budgeting (Profit & Loss)
• Good judgment and ability to be a problem solver and make quick decisions with a focus on the big picture/bottom line
• Ability to think strategically, good communication skills, good presentation skills and KPI data management and presentation.
• Ability to adapt to the change and meeting the deadline.
• Ability to prepare warehouse SOP and work instruction will be a plus.
• Good Command in English.
• Able to communicate in Thai will be an added advantage.
