Monitor the whole chain of order processing of the team
Monitor Vendor Management Inventory (VMI) warehouse operation
Handle goods transfer among Asian branches
Manage inventory and maintain a healthy level of stock
Networking with suppliers in support of delivery issues
Review process flow and internal operating procedures
Guide and coach the team
Lead the team to fulfill the company vision
