- Provides an interdepartmental training agenda to promote security and safety awareness for all hotel Team Members.
- Ensures all accidents and incidents are investigated, recorded and followed-up.
- Ensures all patrol checklists are completed and take corrective measures where required.
- Ensures all action plans under the Security Department’s responsibility in case of emergency are regularly trained, tested and evaluated.Â
