Permanent Position for System Engineer (mid Level) Linux
Location : KL
. `4+ years of strong experience Unix/Linux System Administration.
. Strong experience on computing, virtualization, Storage, and networking.
. Experience with backup/recovery design and DR implementation.
. Experience with supporting platform running databases and middleware applications.
. Experience on scripting languages (Perl or shell or python).
. Knowledge on ansible, Jenkins, git and any other devops tools.
. Knowledge on monitoring tools in Oracle cloud control
. Experience in Problem management, change management and configuration management.
. Self-starter – dedicated, independent, committed, willing to learn.
. Being meticulous is a key to be successful in this role.
. A sound and prudent judgment based on a simple perception of the situation or facts
. Patient, a team player and encouraging to others.
. Possess a drive to improve and do things better.
. Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
. Ability to effectively move forward on task even with ambiguous or changing requirement
. Work hours outside the standard office 8 hours workday may be required
