Your Challenge:
- Perform set-up & installation of new equipment and machines
- Trouble-shoot to resolve machine inefficiency and problems to improve machine utilization and efficiency
- Ensure compliance to quality standard and requirements
- Perform analysis to resolve quality issues & improve product reliability
- Optimize production methods, manpower & material to reduce wastage and reduce cost
- Motivate production operators and technicians to perform efficiently & consistently to achieve good productivity and good quality
- Provide regular training to operators to enhance their skill sets and performance
- Maintain discipline and good housekeeping practice
- Maintain systematic records of maintenance activities for traceability and analysis in event of quality issues
Your Qualification
- Basic electrical and electronics knowledge
- Knowledge in automation and control system will be added advantage
- Good knowledge in mechanical
- Basic pneumatic knowledge
- Added advantage on machining and fabrication skills
- Min 3 years experience
