The Key Account Executive oversees our company's relationships with important clients and is responsible for obtaining and maintaining long-term key customers by comprehending their requirements, continuously proposing solutions to meet existing customers' objectives to expanding the relationships, ensuring consistent profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel, identifying objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.

What you will be doing:

  • Collaborates with Assistant Key Account Manager (AKAM) in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company
  • Identify key influences and decision-makers with customers and develop an action plan to deepen the relationship, drawing senior-level support where appropriate
  • Monitor customers’ collections and provide updates on receivables and provide appropriate reporting procedures
  • Identify issues on the stock ordering from customers, updating the stock balance, and operation DC
  • To lead & motivate merchandisers with proper guidance
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  • Performs yearly sales activities calendar on major accounts and negotiates sales prices and discounts in consultation with AKAM
  • Manages personnel and develops programs for sales support staff
  • Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams
  • Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products
  • Provides quarterly/yearly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity
  • Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit
  • Educates sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses, and business/financial issues on contracts
  • Plan steadily and arrange merchandiser’s work/route plan efficiently
  • Collaborates with AKAM / NKAM to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade expenses
  • Develop customers sales plan, budget plan & trade terms policy
  • Holds quarterly sales review meetings with key chain customers
  • Minimize the return with a clearance plan or proposal.
  • Develop or open a new potential account for Local Key Accounts

What we are looking for:

  • At least 3 years of relevant key accounts experiences
  • Minimum a Degree in Business Management
  • FMCG Industry is preferable
