Admin Clerk / Admin assistant
Salary : RM2,000 - RM 2,500
Preferable: Mandarin Speaker
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Assist in the preparation of Sales order cycle, issue delivery orders, invoices and etc. from offline and online (from social media).
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
Requirements:
- Proven 1 year experience as an administrative clerk or administrative assistant.
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Work for 6 days in a week.
普通书记/助理
每月收入:RM2,000 - RM2,500
工作范围:
- 负责接听电话
- 负责线下和线上(社交媒体)顾客的订单,开单Delivery order, invoices 和相关文件
- 负责收纳文件
岗位要求:
- 至少拥有1年相关经验于行政书记,经验者优先
- 时间管理和优先把重要的事务完成
- 细心和解决问题的能力
- 工作天:6天制
