Ace Capital Growth Sdn Bhd is seeking a Admin & Secretary Executive who can provide top-quality administrative support to our company and top management.
Job Description
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
- Help with daily time management
- Run errands as requested
- Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
- Coordinate events and speaking engagements
- Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
- Able to travel on ad hoc basis
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree or relevant qualification in any field.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and deliver results.
- Self-motivated, dynamic, proactive possess strong initiative and interpersonal skills.
- Trustworthy and reliable.
- Able to start work immediately.
