1. To handle customers enquiries and complaints via email, live chat and WeChat.
2. To maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers always.
3. To educate and disseminate product and services information to customers.
4. To gather customers’ feedback for product and services enhancement.
5. To compile data for reporting purpose on matters related to customer satisfaction, complaints, enquiries etc.
6. To perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on in house product when required.
7. To prepare user tutorial and frequently asked question when required.

2. At least 3 years working experience in related field.

12. Good command in Mandarin and English in reading, written and oral
