To assist the company sales growth by promoting and educating customers and the community about the health benefits of Manuka Honey. Also, to advice customers on ways to consume Manuka Honey base on their health needs
What’s your daily routine will look like?
1. Operate and manage the retail store at its best performance.
2. To perform customer communication, increase outlet sales and customer retention.
3. To perform and ensure excellent customer service and able to commence product knowledge well to customers.
4. To achieve KPI/monthly target that has been set by the department.
5. Collects information on competitor product within the parameters.
6. Evaluates customers nutritional needs and advice best suitable product base on their health need.
Do you have these in you? You are very much welcome to join us!
1. Preferably 1 year experience in retail pharmacy or health and wellness retailers.
2. However, SPM leavers or fresh graduates in any study field with great personality and willing to learn attitude are welcome
3. Punctual, outgoing individuals with basic customer service skills.
4. Available to work on weekends/public holiday and to commit to retail working hours
