Senior IT Customer Support Co-ordinator Executive
(Location : Petaling Jaya, SunwayMas Commercial Centre, near Taman Mayang)
Responsibilities:
- Hanndle all Customer support login
- Create login ticket til case close
- Handle customer support case log in and co-ordinate with engineer and customer
Update customer support report, sales report, maintenance report, collection report - Project implementation co-ordination with customer, supplier and engineer
- Manage preventive maintenance scope and periodic maintenance arrangement
- Prepare customer environment support planning
- Candidate with Professional Certificate in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent will have additional advantage
- IT knowledge and IT support background will have added advantage
- Required language(s): English
- Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Group incentive for engineer and co-ordinator will be provided.
