Job Description :
1. Responsible for the office's daily routine works, such as printing and sending various documents, receiving documents and materials, documents reading, clearance, sorting and archiving, confidentially of all kind of documents, etc.
2. Plan, implement and manage public relations strategies; Organize and manage various public relations activities.
3. Follow the director's instructions, and complete the work within the given time. (managing personnel system, talents training and development, performance evaluation, employee social security welfare, etc.)
4. Assist the director or senior executive in public relations activities.
Job Requirement :
- Possess at least a Diploma in Human Resources Management or any of the related professional qualification.
- Proven working experience in HR/PR management or in a relevant field.
- Advance level in MS Word, Power Point & Excel.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality, highly organized and work well under pressure.
- Must be willing to be based in Terengganu area.
