- Provide administrative support and ensure efficient operations in the Admin department
- Perform admin duties such as filing, typing, sorting, checking of documents, generating reports and etc.
- Handles all incoming and outgoing mails and assist in data entry
- Other ad hoc duties may be added from time to time
- Possess at least SPM/Diploma, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words and Powerpoint
- Ability to work with minimum supervision, and possess good working attitude
