Responsibilities:
- Work with internal teams (Operations, Corporate, etc.) to obtain an in-depth understanding of the process and the system documentation requirements.
- Work with SMEs to understand process flows and be able to convert them into formal procedural documents.
- Write easy-to-understand user online help and user guides and suggest innovative approaches for documenting.
- Ability to analyse, prepare technical documentation, and coordinate layout and organisation.
- Produce quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
- Explain concepts and processes simply and concisely to help internal and external users understand the process and procedures.
- Support and / or lead all aspects of the ISMS or any other ISO audit life cycle.
- Assist audit team in developing audit reports; present audit reports to top management, as needed.
- To maintain documentation and control of records under ISO standards.
- To implement and maintain communication program under ISO standards.
- To coordinate and assist any compliance activities under ISO standards.
- To assist management on any process analysis under ISO standards.
- To assist in random quality audits and reporting under ISO standards.
- To assist in any ad hoc project assigned by management.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in All Business Field
- Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience.
- Possess ISO functional knowledge and with a minimum of 2 years experience.
- Possess IRCA accredited qualifications for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or ISO 27001 is preferred.
- 3rd party audit experience with a certification body is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite Products.
- Ability to scope, conduct and analyse audits based on controls frameworks.
- Experience in conducting on-site audits and managing the entire lifecycle for risk treatment and corrective action plans.
- Good communication skills in English, Malay language for both spoken and written
