Job Requirements:
- Requires Professional Qualification or Bachelor's Degree in Law or any related field.
- Advanced excel experience including V Lookups and Pivot Tables.
- At least 2-3 years working experience in related field.
- Experience in drafting and implementing policies and procedures.
- ABle to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Job Responsibilities:
- Mastermind for compliance policies and protocols on behalf of the Group.
- Develop and implement a compliance program to ensure the Group operates in accordance with the region's law.
- Determine compliance metrics and establish a system for tracking them.
- Remain up to date on region's law and Governmentpolicies related to the Company and update policy accordingly.
- Maintain up to date written documentation and policies related to the company's business activities.
- In cordination with core business units/ centralized functions, lead the design and development of the Group's Business Process.
- Breif Business units/ Centralized Functions on existing or newly design Business process.
