  • To support existing customers and to obtain orders in relation to the potential of the business.
  • Identify new opportunities and develop new potential customer base.
  • To set and develop specific objectives for each industry and key accounts; and to work towards achievement of those objectives.
  • To promote Company's products and services to meet customer’s requirements.
  • To liaise with Sales Manager/Business Development Manager/Project Pursuit Manager to develop and to achieve overall objectives with respect to the sales budget and targeted account.
  • To keep abreast of current competition and market trend and to communicate such information to Management.
  • To build rapport and establish good working relationship with customers to ensure quality service and support.
  • To monitor projects and at time coordinate with Management in pursuing these projects.
  • To prepare project quotation for customers.
  • To perform any other tasks as and when assigned.
  • Develops and maintains customer database for existing & prospect lists.


  • Degree in Engineering or other relevant technical discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales/marketing experience in process control industry
  • Good selling, negotiation skill and possesses good techno-commercial skills.
  • Independent, self-starter, possesses business acumen, results-oriented and excellent analytical skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, comfortable in interacting in formal, informal & site environment.
  • Must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
  • Willing to travel within Malaysia and light travels to regional countries.
