Job Description:

  1. Manage and oversee the BPO department in managing the day-to-day operations of the HRBP teams, including driving operations towards achieving set targets/KPIS; effective resource planning managing the motivation levels of the team members and related activities.
  2. Act as a lead role on project delivery as well as coaching and mentoring HRBP ensuring consistently high standards of HR service deliver
  3. Provide expert input across a range of HR issues (generalist / specific expertise); Design and deliver high impact solutions that meet the needs of the business
  4. Continuously drive improvements in tools and policies through external market trends, insight and internal best practice.
  5. Proactively share best practice, intelligence and potential improvement activities within HR function.
  6. Understand and anticipate the need for change, diagnose the underlying issues and build the case for change with stakeholders. Build frameworks to plan and manage the continuous process of change including dependencies, risk, potential scenarios ad options to mitigate.
  7. Supports the embedding of the business’s strategies at various departments and levels. Provides guidance and input on workforce planning, business unit restructures, and succession planning, ensuring that core HR processes are applied appropriately and in a legally compliant manner.
  8. Applying best practise, develop continuous improvement plans and make recommendations based upon the client, employee and customer insight
  9. Reviewing the performance of staff, identifying training needs and planning training sessions
  10. Support overall Company Compensation and Benefits activities.
  11. Managing department budget preparation, execution and budget control.
  12. Supports the development and execution of best practice governance policies and procedures
  13. To ensure all processes are documented and audited across all projects and departments
  14. Conduct scheduled and non-scheduled audits for projects to ensure adherence to the set guidelines and processes
  15. Monitoring compliance with regulations and controls by examining and analysing records, reports, operating practices, and documentation
  16. Recommends changes in the internal control structure based on audit findings
  17. Ensure compliance with regulatory agency guidelines and standard
  18. Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  19. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  20. Suggest new HR strategies and drive the HR strategies
  21. Conduct weekly meetings to check in with each business unit
  22. Consult regularly with management and provide guidance when appropriate
  23. Analyze data trends and metrics to inform business decisions
  24. Ensure regulatory compliance with legal requirements pertinent to the day-to-day management of employees; collaborate with the legal department when necessary

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management,Business Studies / Administration / Management,All Business Field
  • Minimum 6 years in HR Generalist role
  • Minimum 2 years in HR Managerial role
  • Good communication skills in English,Malay,Mandarin language for both spoken and written
  • 1 Full-time/Permanent positions available
