Responsibilities and Accountabilities: -
- To develop new stockiest/market for new sales.
- To develop potential business with private & Government bodies.
- Coordinate tendering processing including documentation arrangement.
- Arrange and submit quotation to customer.
- Sales order supervising (to confirm, cancel and amend)
- Review and monitor customer stock status.
- Coordinate in customer complaints.
- Customer accounting monitoring.
- To keep & comply Company policy and image in business strategy.
- To maintain well relationship with all clients & other relevant authorities PIC.
- To provide report as require.
- To attend any meeting require either internal or external.
- To collect payment from clients monthly.
- Any other assignment as required from time to time from Superior.
Qualification Required: -
- Relevant Certificates in Business or Marketing Field.
- Minimum 3 years working in Sales & Marketing.
- Knowledge in piping products is an added advantage.
- 3- 5 years working in similar industry – building materials.
- Responsibility, organize, dynamic, self-motivated and sociable.
- Able to travel outstation.
Skills : -
- Computer literate
- Fluent in languages communication.
- Possess negotiation skill.
- Possess valid driving license.
