- Handling new & existing customer enquiry.
- provide technical support & documentation support to customer
- Handling administrative support such as data entry, assist sales-person to track order.
- Daily operation Inv / DO, delivery arrangement, support customer urgent delivery
- Resolve the customer service issue.
- Able to visit customer to provide professional services
- Mandarin is compulsory. Taiwanese Company
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Candidate will act as a Customer Service - General for this job position.
- Requireds skills : Microsoft Office
- Required languages : English & Mandarin
