- Assist in preparing financial and accounting monthly reports, full set of accounts.
- Assist to oversee all admin related roles, including Human Resources to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Assist administration and ensure effective, timely and responsible communication via Email, Wechat and Whatsapp, both to suppliers and customers and internal management.
- Assist develop and maintain effective filing system.
- Assist to liaise with banks, tax agents and auditors to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Handle related functions and ad–hoc duties as and when assigned by the Management.
- Assist in freighting, export compliance documents and procedures, and handle related functions and ad–hoc duties as and when assigned by the Management.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time.
