Our client is a forward looking organization specializing in business travel support services. They have been in the business of providing quality chauffeured limousine services and hire-and-drive car rental for over two decades in Malaysia. They pride themselves in providing quality customer service in car rental services in the market.
Currently they are looking for a accounting and administration support candidate to become part of the office team to look after the day to day administration and accounting works.
Job Description
This is a permanent role and will be reporting to the Finance Manager. As the Accounts & Administration Support Officer, you will be responsible to perform support role covering general administration, finance and accounting functions, data entry, and liaising with sales and operations staff.
The roles & responsibilities are listed below:
Provide high quality administrative support to Supervisory and Executive staff by performing assigned administrative and accounting tasks. 
Support all areas of administration including renewal of business licenses, insurance and road tax of fleet of vehicles and inspection and permit application.
Handling communications with clients and vendors via telephone, e-mail and in person.
Perform data entry duties for the accounting activities, including preparation of cheques and invoices, vouchers, accounting statement and reports.
Liaise with external parties such as vendor service providers, local authorities, government agencies for requirements of business licenses and permits.
Requirements
Female age 23-30.
Possess Diploma qualification in Accounting or Business Administration.
Some years of experience working in administrative and accounts environment.
Good with above average communication skills.
Must be proficient in English plus BM and Mandarin.
Friendly and confident interpersonal skills with ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks.
Good communication, language, literacy and numeracy skills.  
Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office applications.
Basic level accounting experience.
Be able to be based at Bukit Jalil area.
