Procurement Assistant
Nature of Business: Office Furniture Company

Salary Range:  Up To RM3,500
Working Days: 5.5 Days 
Location: Sungai Buloh

Job Scope

  • Responsible for sourcing and cost negotiations of all raw materials and others consumable items.
  • Issue Purchase Order and follow up with suppliers/vendors to ensure prompt delivery of goods order.
  • Review inventories and order as required based on Purchase Requisitions.
  • Monitor supplier delivery performance and maintain suppliers database information.
  • Obtain quotations, review, analyze and make recommendations.
  • Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.


Requirements

  • Spm/ Diploma or degree holder with at least 1 year of related working experience.
  • Able to communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin as this role need to deal with China Vendor.
  • Positive working attitude with strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Have own transportation.
  • Able to work on Saturday / Alternate Saturday
