Duties and Responsibilities

  • As an Enterprise Account Manager within the Sales team, your focus will be on the enterprise business development across all Salesforce(Primary) and WalkMe(Secondary) related products. The Enterprise Account Manager will formulate and execute a Platform sales strategy within their specific market segment, drive revenue growth by driving demand in the current customer base, and develop new customers.
  • Partnering with internal resources in order to drive additional value and expertise
  • Building a point of view on how to help prospective customers
  • Generating pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment
  • Accurately forecasting
  • Selling on value and ROI vs. technical functionality
  • Building credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions
  • Anticipating and preparing for objections
  • Uncovering executive-level initiatives and pain points to map back our solutions across multiple lines of business
  • Owning account list and managing expectations, timeline, and acting as the leader with the internal stakeholders
  • Creating demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to our solution
  • Having a deep understanding of the way businesses operate, how private and public companies make decisions and the priorities that drive decisions from the C-level
  • Building account strategy and territory plan
  • Set up sales meetings and run simple customised product demos, conduct one-on-one and group sales presentations to the relevant stakeholders (buying parties)
  • Constantly engage in market intelligence gathering and seeking for opportunities in terms of product up-selling, product cross-selling and professional services. 
  • Work within Telcowin guidelines to negotiate appropriate pricing, service level and legal terms with customers. Comply with Telcowin’s standards and policies related to company sales process which includes proposal approvals, pricing/discounts, sales reporting on Salesforce, travel and related administrative policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Sales & Management area such as Business Management, Marketing or equivalent to a minimum of 5 years proven work experience in Enterprise Sales & Account Management
  • Experience in IT Software Product & Services. *Experience in handling Enterprise, Commercial and Government accounts/clients is a plus
  • Consistent yearly quota of at least MYR 2 Million in new revenue
  • Excellent verbal & written communication, with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Required skill(s): MS Office tools (Powerpoint, Excel, Word) & preferably in Salesforce or any CRM Related Platform
  • Experience selling to the C-suite (all LOB)
  • Experience in comprehending and delivering ROI/ Business Case
  • Experience crafting complex sales proposals with multiple SKU’s with advanced proficiency in excel
  • Strong Presentation skills 
  • Familiar with Prospection and Market research. 
  • Ambitious with a Vivacious personality and eagerness to develop
