  • Proactive and reactive monitoring and support for all customers;
  • Front liner- receives the complaint and request via phone call or email (Operational issues);
  • 1st and 1.5 level support – Verify power status (equipment & premise), check customer equipment (NTU, router, modem, switches, UPS & surge protector) and advice customer to reset/ reboot if necessary. NSE also to verify basic configuration status (ex. Show ip int brief), utilizations and errors for interface (for performances issue);
  • Engage with TM CSOC after verify the problem status on 1st level support (Reporting, following up, updating and escalation);
  • Regularly update to customer regarding the line status.(Every hour- based on severity cases & customer’s requirement);
  • Prepare the ad-hoc request based on customer and other counterpart (of the company) request- Utilization, daily/weekly summary reporting etc;
  • Prepare the monthly performance report;
  • Prepare daily healthcheck report on nightshift;
  • Check, follow up, keep updating on daily ticket system and also close all fixed TT; and
  • Escalation to the higher level technical team based on escalation matrix;
