· Handle customer service & complaints.
· Coordinate with customer and supplier.
· Arrange for Import & Re-export shipment.
· Custom declaration for import and FIZ Zone
· Prepare for shipping documents, Sales order, Delivery order, invoice, proforma invoice, etc
· Support for daily operational activities.
· Process customer order and follow up until delivery.
· Manage Stock inventory
· Strong in the database, analysis, computer literate, especially in excel.
· Ability to work under pressure.
· Ability to meet deadlines
· Preferably a detailed oriental and fast learner.
· Good communication in English & Mandarin, independent & good working attitude.
· Excellent written and verbal communication.
