· Outbound call to save customer from churning from Company network.
· Provide accurate, efficient and quality service that exceeds our customers’ expectations.
· Submit daily feedback on saved to immediate supervisor.
· Adhere to escalation procedures of handling customer request & enquiry at all times.
· Maintain a high degree of responsibility towards customer confidentiality.
· Ensuring customers’ promise are fulfilled within the agreed SLA ( depends on the type of cases ), and ensure TM guidelines and target are met i.e 85%
- Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent with minimum 1 year working experience, either in Telemarketing or Sales related industry.
- Good communication skills in English,Malay,Mandarin language for both spoken and written
- Willing to work on rotational shift
