  • Collaborate with external clients or internal product owners to understand their needs, and liaise with development team to translate the user requirement into system design.
  • Work with development team in developing scalable and flexible IT solution including analysing the business, operations, compliance and system impact, translate user requirement into functional specification, test strategy, support delivery until go live and post live support.
  • Engage, prepare and assess SOW, RFIs, RFQs, RFPs and CRs.
  • Act as the key contact between relevant departments/units and/or external clients/vendors.
  • Coordinate with users in integration and testing of new enhancements.
  • Keep abreast of the market, suggest and propose new business initiatives.
  • Negotiate hard problems with internally and externally


  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Information Systems or related field.
  • Passionate working on a challenging environment and solving hard problems is a must.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Passionate about the development of Fintech IT Solutions.
  • Preferably with 5 to 8 years of track record in similar role.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum software development environment a plus.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken), and fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese will be an advantage.
  • Working experience in financial sector or domain knowledge in financial investment is a plus
