What the Call Centre offers :-

  • Working Days - Mondays to Sundays with 2 Days Off - Rotational
  • Work Timing – Earliest start time 7:00 am & Latest end time 2:00 am
  • Fully Paid Training facilities provided - No Work Experience Required
  • Career opportunities (performance based)
  • Monthly Performance Incentives/Bonuses up to RM300
  • Many other Incentives and Allowances ranging from RM100 to RM400 monthly 

 

Job Responsibilities : 

  • To attend/answer inbound calls / chats from customers, identify their technical, billing and product issues on pre-unifi / unifi product and assist them to solve the problems by providing the right solution/trouble shooting.
  • To guide and resolve the issues Professionally and Efficiently, via Voice Call,
  • Chatting and other Social Media.
  • To provide excellent customer service handling, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

 

Required of you : 

  • SPM/STPM/Certificate/Diploma/Degree in any field.
  • FRESH GRADUATES (Diploma/Degree) ARE VERY ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.
  • Full Training will be Provided
  • ENGLISH / Bahasa Malaysia speakers
  • Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields (i.e. Telesale, Marketing, Collection, Customer Services etc) are VERY
  • ENCOURAGED but not essential
  • A MULTITASKER & GO-GETTER is advantageous.
  • Great communication ability and interpersonal skills at all levels.
  • Good persuasive and interactive characters are advantages
  • Knowledge in basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
  • Willing to work on any work schedules - normal office hours or rotating work schedules
  • Work Locations : Bangsar, Kerinchi KL
  • Candidates must be able to start IMMEDIATELY
