Manage industrial relations matters
a) Comprehensive planning in resolving company-wide disciplinary matters - including conducting investigation and holding domestic inquiries.
b) Provide support, guidance and recommendations to the business in managing risk to the business.
c) Process labour disputes and grievances in a proper and timely manner
d) Monitor and ensure Company-wide compliance by educating managers on a range of employment laws topics to ensure legal compliance
Project manage the Code of Business Practice
a) Review of the Code in ensuring that it is in line with Company’s initiatives and aspiration
b) Manage the annual employee acknowledgement exercise and ensure compliance of the Code by the employees
c) Create and initiate awareness sessions / organize awareness programs
Maintain cordial relationship with government authorities i.e. labour office, industrial relations department, external counsels, government authorities, etc
Defalcation Committee on staff related issues
a) Project manage action items
Roll out company-wide compliance initiatives on a quarterly basis.
Preventive education and process enhancement to fix current gaps and loopholes which includes best practice sharing to employees in townhalls, employee engagement opportunities by updating the latest policies adopted by forward leaning companies that aspires to be and keeping abreast with the latest in this field
- Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management,Law
- Preferably at least 7 years of related working experience.
- Preferably Executive specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English,Malay,Chinese language for both spoken and written
