· Communicate budget increase with advertisers and encourage them to increase investment on advertising using Client’s platforms
· Able to identify high-value opportunities and low-hanging fruit
· Tier BoB and apply different approaches to manage advertisers of each tier to drive revenue
· Communicate effectively with advertisers and Client’s internal stakeholders (ads review, finance, product etc.) to achieve good customer experience
· Collaborate with Client’s internal resources (POC/Data/self-service project manager/Ads platform/Ads delivery/Sales CRM platform) to support Client’s to develop product features/tools/delivery/account management strategy that empower SMB customers and enhance work efficiency of Client Solution Specialists by providing the advice
· Answer advertiser questions online; provide account setup guidance and simple optimization suggestions for high-potential advertisers through inbound and outbound calls, as well as reach out to problematic advertisers via telephone to provide solutions
· Daily management of target SMB customers advertising on Client’s platforms, provide account optimization advice to advertisers by telephone and email to increase advertisement spend
· Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in All Business Field
· Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience.
· Preferably Executive specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
· Good communication skills in Arabic language for both spoken and written
