- In charge of leasing activities for office space of Investment properties.
- Overseeing daily operations of leasing operation.
- Liaising with property agents & conduct cold calls.
- Responsible for all marketing matters including preparing marketing collaterals, formulate marketing strategies, conduct periodic survey & update market rental rates.
- Prepare proposal is related to rental for a new tenancy, renewal tenancy, rebate to tenants, etc.
- In charge of leasing operations sections and ensure all the tenancy documents comply with SOP.
- In charge of credit control and collection section. Follow up on the collection of debts from defaulters and arrange necessary actions to be taken for the debts recovery process.
- In charge of billing section to ensure invoices send out to tenants on time.
- Attend to tenants' requirements or complaints.
- Prepare weekly or monthly leasing-related reports to Management.
- Prepare 5 years business plans every year.
