Is responsible for carrying out corporate, administrative and general office duties besides keeping
systematic filing system.
Performs sales and marketing support and attends to quotation enquiries which may require confidential
information with utmost discretion.
Good with spreadsheets and computer software as production of work is done via IT tools in a fast
Attends to enquiries via the telephone and emails including all correspondence.
Liaises with banks and solicitors to check status of SPA and end financing with loan agreement
Updates files in the folders and brief on status of each stage.
Participates and supports events as organised by department team from time to time.
Provides general administrative support to the Cluster Sales and Marketing Office of the Hotels, Resorts
Division and the Property Division, both at Corporate Office and / or other divisions as and when
Attends meeting and ability to take minutes of meeting preferred.
Any task that is assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
Contract position renewable to permanent.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree,
Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or
Property related studies or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Preferred language Mandarin but not essential.
Well organized, able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Able to work independently and with minimum supervision.
Pleasant and mature personality with good interpersonal skills.
A positive thinker with multi-tasking abilities and a sense of responsibility.
Good command of both written and spoken English and good phone etiquette.
Good working knowledge of PC software applications especially MS Word, Excel spreadsheet, Power
Point and Outlook.
Preferably with knowledge of IFCA software.
