Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:-

  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
  • Organize and oversee various promotion / marketing campaigns and activities 
  • Conduct market research and analysis on customers, competitors and market trends to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising and communications programs and strategies
  • Responsible for handling e-commerce accounts by developing, monitoring and updating product content contained on e-commerce websites/portals
  • Maintaining and building long-term relationships with both existing and potential customers alike
  • Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and to handle and resolve complaints
  • Nurturing excellent levels of customer service
  • Liaising with colleagues across the company to provide the highest level of service to customers

Requirements:-

  • Possess Degree/Diploma in Marketing/ Digital Marketing/ Mass Communications
  • At least 2 years of  working experience in the related field
  • Good command of spoken and written in English and Mandarin 
  • Proactive approach to business development, identifying opportunities for sales growth 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate professionally
  • Confidence, self-motivation and an appetite for challenging work, possessing the energy to drive activity, and the passion to fulfil the role
  • Positive, cheerful and likeable personality, allied to a determination to succeed
  • Accuracy, and an organised approach to an ever-changing work pattern
  • Willing to work in Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur
