  • To be the first contact point for site mobile phone to handle all inquiry related to breakdown and delegate the inquiry to the Site Engineer
  • To assists with project management duties, oversees and performing administrative function and processes concerned with Contractual Sites
  • To update Maintenance & Service work on daily work schedule (PPM & Breakdown Repair/SCM) done on daily basis
  • To prepare monthly Maintenance & Service Report and breakdown Repair/SCM Report
  • To prepare monthly attendance for all sites, compile overtime claim and monthly expenses claim then submit to HR department
  • To prepare monthly checklist for MIS and Work Order for all Contractual Sites 
  • To update all work order received into system for traceability
  • To adhere to company’s quality policy and objectives
  • To undertake and implement the requirement of company’s quality management system in prescribe documents
  • To maintain and provide proper filing of service report for traceability purpose
  • To perform other job related to this position held instructed by the immediate superior from time to time     

Responsibilities:

  • Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/Diploma/Degree or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of working experience in related field is required for this position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel/Words/PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Self-motivated and a team player is essential
  • Have own transport
