Job Description 

  • Request SI from shipper and submit SI to carrier
  • Submit VGM after SI submitted / review port system for VGM submission¬†
  • Send amendment BL and confirmation BL to carrier
  • Notify and pass invoice to account department for payment preparation
  • Check SOB date for OBL collection
  • Inform SOB date to shipper
  • Arrange to collect OBL after vessel sail
  • Apply free time as per shipper request (IF ANY)
  • Assist for surrender BL as per request from shipper
  • Courier OBL to outstation shipper (IF ANY)
  • Arrange to send original invoice to shipper
  • Check costing / selling
  • Handling invoicing related to billing transaction before due date
  • Assist in ad-hoc task required by superior



  • candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/DIPLOMA in Logistics/transportation, Maritime Studies or equivelent
  • Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English
