Our client is a group of companies engaged in financial & insurance and IT services activities.
Currently they are actively seeking an enthusiastic and confident Training Administrator to take on the role of Training activities for the group of 300+ staff/employees. This position is permanent at executive level and will involve coordinating training and recruitment activities for the staff of 300 employees by planning and performing a variety of administration activities.
As a senior member of HR team with the group, you will be mainly responsible for the administration and coordination of training and recruitment activities of the group.
Areas of responsibilities:
Responsible for managing and coordinating full spectrum of staff training activities.
Managing in-house training program administration and facilitating training.
Managing HR administration in recruitment activities.
Responsible for corporate events and activities.
Provide general administrative support within the administration department.
Possess minimum a diploma(or degree) qualification in Business or HR Management.
Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in training administration.
Excellent communication skills is essential.
Proficient in English, BM and Mandarin.
This portfolio requires candidate with excellent planning and organization skills.

5-day working week: Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.45 am-5.30 pm.
