Senior Account Manager/ Account Manager
We are looking for a senior account manager/ account manager that works cross several sectors in brand activation, including events, advertising, digital, and marketing. This is a fast-paced environment that is demanding yet fulfilling. The company will very much depend on you to give your project direction and maintain a clear strategy to archive the best outcome for the client.
· You will take responsibility for the delivery of quality creative work meeting the client’s needs while addressing their business concerns.
· You will be expected to regularly plan campaigns and successfully develop business accounts creatively and financially while playing a positive role in the company’s new business program.
· Pro-active leadership that builds the team and coaches them to perform to the best of their ability
The role will be mainly working on market research, consumer insight, writing proposals and keeping in touch with clients offering new and forward-thinking ideas to retain and grow the business
You will be expected to pitch to clients. A very confident and assertive attitude is necessary with good command of English both written and spoken
Experience in social activations and digital campaign
Strong team management ability: You will be given an opportunity to grow your dream team
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Account Management
This is an office-based role that will require you to spend time in doing market research, writing proposals briefing and coaching. However, you are also required to meet up with existing and new clients from time to time for future prospects. It can be demanding, so real motivation is required to thrive. Working hours will be standard office times, however, deadlines may stretch this further.
