- Position: Customer & Sales Administration Officer.
- Salary: RM 2500-3000.
- Location: Damansara Perdana,PJU 8,Petaling Jaya.
This is office based role in which the incumbent will provide key administrative role in supporting the sales team and providing important link between the sales person and the client.
Main job tasks:
-Assist and support Sales team with the necessary administrative duties relating sales activities.
-Processing all sales-related work and arrange appointments for sales person to visit customers/clients.
-Preparing quotations, sales orders.
-Responsible for after-sales follow up role such as preparing invoices and payments.
Female in age group 21-30.
This position is at junior entry level. It is therefore a fresh graduate Diploma holder would be ideal to undertake the job successfully.
Excellent English and communication skills as you will be communicating with top-tier clients.
Conversant in BM and Mandarin.
Strong Excel skills; knowledge of SQL Accounting software would be an advantage.
Positive work attitude with ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
