1. Answering telephone calls.
2. Handling customers or tenants who come to the office at receptionist counter.
3. Announcement of daily important information over over PA system (required when covering information counter).
4. Receptionist/CSA is required to receive and record all incoming cheques from the tenants whenever necessary or during weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) when the office is closed. All record of incoming cheque should never disclose to anyone.
5. All incoming cheques will need to handover to the management office or Accounts personnel as soon as possible.
6. Clerical works.
