Chrisjac is currently recruiting for a Customer & Sales Support Administrator to work on a permanent basis for our client based at Sunway Damansara in PJ area. Our client is a medical supplier company specialized in medical devices and consumables to clinical and hospital sectors.
About the job
This is not a sales role,there is no cold calling. This is a permanent role based at officer.
-Act as a first point of contact for client base of both existing and new cutomers.
-Processing customer orders and entering information into the system on a daily basis
-Progress the order through logistics to complete delivery orders.
-Manage customer expectations and supply progress reports.
-Manage terms & conditions of the order and financial aspects such as advance payment, payment default.
-Maintain accurate and up to date order and customer files.
Malaysian female preferred who have completed Diploma qualification and who is multi lingual.
The ideal candidate for this role will come from a service background or have similar experience and who has excellent communication skills. She has to be strong in IT skills and be punctual and reliable to work at Damansara Perdana area.
