Assist and execution for the full spectrum of HR functions and administrative work.
Prepare and process monthly payroll, EPF, Socso, EIS, PCB, HRDF & etc with accuracy of all payroll data transaction.
Handling all government related matters, process and prepare statutory reports, CIDB & etc.
Maintain HR records in a proper and efficient manner.
Familiar with EA & IR Act related to human resources.
Liaise with government sector and other bodies concerning labour issues and working condition as well as the safety of all employee.
To handle ad hoc assignments and other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Knowledge of Malaysia Employment Labour Law and etc
Strong problems solving & communication skills.
Versatile in performing multi tasks in short timeline.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
