Position: Administration and Purchasing Officer.
Salary: RM 2500-3000.
Location: Kelana Jaya, PJ.
Working hours: 8.30 am-5.30 pm (Monday to Friday); 8.30 am-12.30 pm (Saturday)
Our corporate client is an established water utility engineering contractor,undertaking engineering and construction projects mainly in water treatment plants and pumping stations, civil water supply and construction of reservoir and pump houses. Currently they are seeking to recruit an all-rounder office administrator to join their office support team at Kelana Jaya in Petaling Jaya.
This is a full time role and is required to work Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm and half day 8.30 am-12.30 pm on Saturday.
About the job
The position is junior executive level and you will be reporting to the department manager or a senior executive. The role is to provide administrative support in the operations department and the job task is primarily to assist and support the procurement/purchasing activities. Other main tasks will be preparing documents related to project contracts ,maintaining records and general office works.
Our client is specifically looking for female candidates who are in age group 23-30. Ideally they are looking for candidates with minimum SPM/UEC qualification or at best a Diploma qualification in any field of study and have good mental arithmetic skills.
To be considered for this role, candidate must have some 2-3 years of work experience in similar role or office related jobs. She must be proficient in English, BM and Chinese/Mandarin and computer applications skills in MS Word and Excel.
Most importantly,candidates who are looking for this job must ensure that she will find it convenient to work in Kelana Jaya area in Petaling Jaya. At the same time, she must subscript (and willing) to the idea of working on morning half day on Saturday.
