Job Scope :-
- Oversee and manage daily operational tasks for import / export shipments.
- Work closely with in-house customer service team, customers & suppliers to ensure smooth operation planning.
- Monitor shipment status and maintain good communication and liaison with Customers.
- Assist Customers with inquiries (via email & telephone).
- Perform other duties as and when needed.
Job Requirements :-
- 4 years and above of working experience in related field.
Language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent work ethics and is able to work independently and responsibly with minimal supervision.
- Good command / familiar with web-based applications (Port & Carrier systems), Microsoft Office applications & general computer knowledge.
