Short Role Description:

Supporting the Sales organization with assign responsibilities. Participate and support various bid request that land.


Job Responsibilities :

Sales Support :

  • Case Study Dashboard – Quarterly data update and inclusive new program
  • Deck preparation and coordination on client site visit with various internal stakeholder
  • Data & market research on information require by Sales/ Account Management team
  • Possible attending event/ meeting with Sales/ Account Management team for exposure and better understand the industry/market
  • Provide and update finance report related to sales/account management data.

Bid :

  • Working with internal stakeholder on gathering information that require to prepare fee
  • Support APAC region and Inbound bid request – fee preparation, data support & research, deck preparation
  • Attending Global Bid call which could happen after working hour depending on the Inbound request 

Job Requirements :

  • Discipline, independent, flexible, open mind and hungry for knowledge
  • Multitasking with priority management; meticulous, able to handle tight 
    deadline
  • Strong individual contributor as well as a team player
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in any field
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written in English, additional 
    language is an advantage but not a must
  • MUST have good skills in Powerpoint, Excel & Word
