Showroom cum Marketing Assistant (Immediate Vacancy)

As a Showroom cum Marketing Assistant, you will report to the General Manager and provide excellent customer service and promote GreenAcres Retirement Village.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist monthly campaign PICs - provide support and follow-up with clients on campaign related matters
• Support marketing team in various types of administrative task i.e. data entry, compiling invoices, submitting Purchase Orders, tenant voucher reimbursements, etc.
• Digital/social media support - assist with customer enquiries on social media platforms, promotional postings and announcements via email/EDMs
• Assist in the development and distribution of marketing and promotional material
• Assist in conducting market research/competitor surveys – to keep abreast of industry trends and compelling marketing campaigns
• Assist in the recruitment of partners for Senior Benefit Card programme – to engage and follow up with partners to get them on board the programme
• Ensure that every person who you come in contact with is engaged in a positive manner, listened to, and assisted in whatever way is most appropriate
• Answer phones and respond to email and online queries in a timely manner
• Maintain a database of potential and existing clients in order to provide
  excellent customer service
• Daily opening/closing tasks to ensure a pristine showroom condition
• Perform in-house and online consultations for clients seeking enquiries for their active retirement home

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SPM/STPM or Diploma
• At least 2 years of sales or front line experience is required
• Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Ability to speak Mandarin/Cantonese will be an added advantage
• Computer literate and Internet skills will be an added advantage
• Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and independent
• Able to work shifts on public holidays and weekends
