Job Scopes:

  • To upkeep invoices and delivery orders
  • To follow up all orders sent to vendors
  • To coordinate and monitor shipments for clients
  • To check, count and list down the available on hand stock in our inventory
  • To rearrange the on-hand stock in a right storage unit
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative task



  • Min. Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Good Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
