- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, mail distribution and filling.
- Timely follow-up of priority orders and delivery appointments
- Generate DO/Invoice and shipping documents.
- Tracking of inbound freight to ensure the on-time delivery via phone, email.
- Data entry and file maintenance.
- Responsible for keeping inventory of all department supplies and placing order when needed.
- Follow up supplier order and expedite for urgent delivery.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.
- Document Control upon receive from customer.
- PO acknowledgement to customer
- Ensure PO is acknowledged within 1 day upon received.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior.
- Computer Literate
- Good Communication Skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese
- Able to communication well with all level
- Position is based in Alma, Bukit Mertajam
- Able to start work immediately
