- To prospect to new customers for sales & rental of properties under company's management
- To handle all scopes of paperwork and keep updated on news & policies related to Property market in KL & Selangor
- Manage & update website and property advertisement
- Manage property maintenance , renovation matters & defect check
- Arrange viewing & property tours
- To make report & payments for property on behalf owners.
- Proven working experience as property admin staff
- Good track of efficient sales / rental documentation
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent sales, negotiation and communication skills.
